**Your day to day**
We are currently looking for a dynamic Arabic Speaking F&B Attendant for one of our well known Lebanese restaurant. Reporting to F&B Captain/F&B Supervisor, your main role will be to support the Food and Beverage Service team by performing support duties including mise en place of food preparation, set up of functions, set up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations and assisting with the preparation of service. In addition, identifying customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and providing appropriate products, services or information within acceptable hotel standards will be the core of your responsibilities. Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety and ensure your direct reports do the same.
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you have hotel diploma, with F&B and guest services background and at least 1 year operational experience in 5*hotels. Fluent Arabic and English is required, as well very good communication skills.
