We are currently looking for technically competent & goal driven **Luxury garage workshop supervisor for a high end auto garage in Dubai **offering professional services. **Excellent package** for remarkably competent applicants
- Must be experienced in auto industry having worked in a reputed auto workshop for min 10-15 years
- Looking after all floor operations from repairs, service, maintenance, tuning, etc.
- Allocate jobs & monitor the work done on the cars.
- Offer technical inputs to the technicians, wherever required.
- Ensure strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures within company policies.
- Timely communication to purchase team to procure all the parts, spares & consumables required to complete the work without delay.
- Conduct a check on the vehicles in workshop area, to ensure that all jobs mentioned in the job card have been completed as per quality guidelines.
- Maintain good shop floor efficiency for quick & timely vehicle delivery and good profitability.
- Carries out road test after each job done, wherever required.
- Ability to train and lead a team.
- Gulf experience and possesses strong automotive knowledge of high end brands.
- Strong communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Should be locally available in UAE and ready to join.
- UAE valid driving license.
- Should have minimum 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Good communication skill.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- luxury car workshop supervisor: 10 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Arabic (preferred)
