**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking **Kitchen Steward** to join **The Farm Restaurant** team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and ensuring smooth operations to support the culinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools efficiently.
- Assist chefs in basic kitchen duties, such as moving supplies or setting up workstations when required.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals and materials are used safely and stored properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
- Refill and maintain stock of cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow **UAE food safety, HACCP, and The Farm’s hygiene policies**.
- Support daily operations by keeping all areas organized and ready for service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a **restaurant or hotel** in the UAE.
- Knowledge of **basic food hygiene and safety practices**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts.
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning and lifting tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Education & Certification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food handling or hygiene certificate (preferred).

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
