Role Overview:
ARENA Capital is seeking a high-impact SEO Strategist to support with organic growth efforts for both our internal digital ecosystem and client portfolios. You will design and execute SEO strategies spanning traditional search and emerging AI-driven search features to heighten our visibility across SERPs, featured snippets, and AI summaries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits - technical, on-page, off-page - covering crawlability, mobile UX, page speed, and schema markup (JSON‑LD).
- Perform advanced keyword research, including conversational, Emirati, and GCC-focused search intent.
- Develop and optimize AI-aware content strategies to capture featured snippets, knowledge panels, and zero-click results.
- Monitor SEO performance - organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, AI visibility - and translate data into strategic reporting for clients.
- Collaborate with content, UX, tech, and product teams to embed SEO best practices.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends such as AEO/GEO, voice search, and AI overviews—especially within the UAE market

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of SEO experience in agencies, tech, or consulting. UAE/GCC exposure is a major plus.
- Proven success driving organic growth for real-world clients.
- Deep technical proficiency: structured data, site architecture, performance optimization.
- Mastery of tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, able to brief non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for AI-enhanced search, generative SEO, and innovation.
