The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a newly opened cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced **Marketing Executive**to join their extraordinary team

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one
- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

**YOUR DAY TO DAY**

As a Marketing Executive, your main responsibilities will be to work under the general direction of the Marketing Manager, and within the established IHG and local hotel policies and procedures. You will assist in executing the hotels’ marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and supporting revenue-generating campaigns. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for hospitality marketing.

**Your skillset required for the job**:

- Pro Camera techniques
- Copywriting & caption writing
- Basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)
- Short-form video editing (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
- Photography and videography basics
- Trend spotting and meme adaptation
- Platform expertise (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
- Community management (responding to DMs/comments)
- Calendar planning & coordination with campaigns
- Platform insights (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Insights)
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets for reports
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

**Generally how your day will look like**:

- Generating monthly reports and stats
- Maintaining list of PR activities including press and influencers visits.
- Drafting monthly newsletter using 3rd party platforms
- Monitoring hotel’s digital performance across all channels
- Draft design brief for agencies
- Distribute F&B and hotel promotions
