We are seeking for a dynamic and strategic, Business Development Manager, with minimum 5 years of experience to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate business growth and expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market presence.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Negotiate and close real estate deals to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of real estate professionals to drive performance and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and enhance reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or any related field.
- Proven track record of successful business development in the real estate industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, real estate regulations, and financial principles related to the industry.
