We are looking for a MD who is highly organized with extensive experience in both medical and management role.

The Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for managing the clinical budgets, recruiting and training of healthcare physicians, ensuring that all staff adhere to safety standards and delivering the highest quality of medical care,

The Chief Medical Officer is expected to act as the mentor to the clinics physicians and medical staff; requiring good leadership qualities, patience and confidence and will assume full accountability for the performance of his / her team.

Chief Medical Officer Responsibilities:

- Balancing the duties of a Physician with that of an administrator
- Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care
- Being responsible for performance of Physicians under his / her supervision
- Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met
- Meeting the governmental requirements
- Finding ways to improve the clinical services
- Liaising between the administrative and medical staff
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and / or Board of Directors
- Recruiting and mentoring Physicians
- Developing and managing the clinics budget

Chief Medical Officer Requirements:

- Medical degree
- Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) advantageous
- Valid medical license (license for internal medical is an advantage)
- 10+ years clinical experience
- 4+ years experience in a management role
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
