**Salary**: AED 5000 - 7000 per month

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Supervision & Team Management**

  • Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to perform daily maintenance operations.
  • Allocate work orders, monitor task completion, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and technical support to resolve complex maintenance issues.

- **Maintenance Operations**

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational efficiency and identify faults.
  • Supervise emergency repairs and troubleshoot system breakdowns effectively.

- **Coordination & Compliance**

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for specialized maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense, Municipality, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvements.

- **Reporting & Documentation**

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using CAFM systems or manual logs.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on manpower utilization, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

  • **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in MEP maintenance supervision or facilities management.
  • **Technical Skills**: Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
  • **Leadership**: Proven ability to manage and motivate a maintenance team under pressure.
  • **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
  • **License**: Valid UAE Driving License is Must.
