**Job Summary**:
The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing the inventory of the finished products, spare parts, and any products related to Diesel Power Generators. This role involves maintaining accurate records, organizing stocks, overseeing deliveries and shipments, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for the production process. The store keeper will work closely with production and procurement to ensure efficient stock management and smooth workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of Diesel power generators, spare parts and related materials
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of stocks movements in the inventory system
- Track and manage stock in accordance with company policies and procedures to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system data

**Goods Receipt and Dispatch**:

- Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and record them in the system
- Manage the proper storage of materials to ensure they remain in good condition and are easily accessible.
- Prepare the products for dispatch to ensure timely delivery to the clients

**Storage and Organization**:

- Organize and categorize materials, tools, and parts based on their specifications, size, and usage to maximize warehouse space
- Ensure that all items are stored in a safe, clean, and organized manner, following safety and environmental standards,
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last in, First out) inventory management practices to minimize waste,

**Record keeping and documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all goods received and dispatched.
- Ensure proper documentation for inventory, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and stock reports.
- Generate periodic stock reports to inform management of stock levels, discrepancies, or trends

**Coordination with other departments**:

- Work closely with the purchasing department to track and manage orders and ensure the availability of items as needed
- Coordinate with the production team to fulfill material requirements and support smooth production schedules.
- Assist in identifying and reporting material shortages, defects or discrepancies promptly.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that safety protocols are followed in the storage and handling of materials, especially hazardous items
- Maintain clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Adhere to environmental guidelines for the storage and disposal of materials and waste.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics, warehousing or inventory management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in a manufacturing of generator company is a plus
- Proven experience as a store Keeper or in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with diesel power generators or mechanical components is a plus
- Must have Knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must know how use functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and safety protocols
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, as needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
