**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or advanced degrees preferred.
- 5 years + experience in consulting in various industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on diverse projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The consultant should be competent in Project Delivery, Analytical and Insightful, Business Development and Entrepreneurship experience as well as Self-Development and Organisation Building is preferred.
