Globalink Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Air Freight Coordinator/Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for handling air freight operations, managing import and export processes, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day air freight operations, including import and export processes
- Manage all related documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade practices
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client issues or concerns promptly
- Work closely with other departments, including Sea Freight Operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes
- Prepare quotations and pricing for air freight services
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in relevant systems and software
- Problem-solve logístical challenges while adhering to customs regulations and company policies
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver on client expectations

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE in freight, import, and export operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of customs regulations, international trade practices, and sea freight operations
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in logistics-related software and systems
- Experience in preparing quotations and pricing for freight services
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Must be based in the UAE.
