**Responsibilities**
- Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to employees
- Assist managing fixed assets of the company
- Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
**Requirement**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies' products and services
- Key Skills: Interpersonal, problem-solving, and listening skills; familiarity with operating systems, backup and database software, and use of equipment like mainframe computers, computer tool kits, and network analyzers
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with internal staff
- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
- With experience in Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in MCSA and MCITP is required.
- With experience in Firewall (Fortigate), AVAYA IP telephone configuration and setup.
- Handling switches, routers and WIFI Extenders
- Set Up, configure and maintain Network printers and Local printers
- Maintain Biometric and CCTVs
