**Job Description: Sales Lady - Luggage (Indoor Sales)**

**Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our indoor sales team**QATAR & OMAN** specializing in luggage. The Sales Lady will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling our range of luggage products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a flair for retail sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations based on customer needs.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentation and persuasive selling techniques.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of our luggage products, features, and benefits.
- Educate customers on product specifications, warranties, and care instructions.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment, and ensure merchandise displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with warehouse or logistics team for stock availability and delivery schedules.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support team goals and contribute to achieving overall sales objectives.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Lady or in a similar sales role, preferably in retail and customer service.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales and retail is a plus.
