- Monitor client satisfaction and manage feedback to continuously improve services.
- **Sales & Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions.
- Drive retail sales of beauty products and services through effective team training.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, customer retention, and staff productivity.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure the salon adheres to Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations.
- Manage the implementation of hygiene protocols in line with local regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role within a beauty or wellness business.
- Strong knowledge of hair, skin, and beauty treatments.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with salon management software and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Understanding of current beauty trends and customer preferences.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience working in Dubai.
- Experience in a ladies-only salon environment.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
