Veterinary Center Receptionist

We are a well-established veterinary center located in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to our beloved animal companions. Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle client inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Efficiently manage and maintain client records using computer systems and CRM software.
- Possess basic financial process knowledge to handle invoice payments and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to coordinate appointments, ensure efficient scheduling, and maintain smooth workflow.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various departments such as the clinic, grooming, boarding, and others.
- Receive and expedite inquiries and documents from patients and clients, ensuring prompt and accurate routing to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor and record pet store sales, maintaining accurate sales records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate empathy and care towards animals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience in a medical service providing facility is a must.
- Experience working at a veterinary clinic is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer literacy, including a good knowledge of Office suite and CRM systems.
- Basic financial process knowledge to handle invoices and payments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Passion for animals and a strong dedication to their well-being.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
