Planning factory daily routines ( start-ups, work centers loads, daily production plan, target quality levels).
- Meeting customer’s expectations and demands.
- Supervising the factory Supervisors & workers on the production floor.
- Maintaining high efficiency rates of the production line.
- Ability to implement production strategies as per the requirements.
- Taking corrective & Preventive action as and when required.
- Resolving any factory-related issues in production, warehouses, Maintenance & Quality.
- Proper Assigning tasks to the factory staff.
- Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
- Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures & Following up Factory Utilities, repair & maintenance expenses.
- Suggesting ideas for improvements workers &/or machinery performance.
- Preparing & maintaining production schedules and reports.
- keeping overall Operations cost always on its minimum levels ( GOGs, Direct labor cost & other operations expenses).
- Presenting Accurate reports to the higher management along with clear justifications for deviated results/ findings.
- Assisting the HR department in hiring & interviewing operations staff.
- Providing training to the new employees.
- Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
- Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients.

Basic Requirements/ Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply chain, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Food Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or a similar managerial position in food manufacturing environment.
- Professional certification in Production Management, Supply chain and Quality Control is a plus
- Sound knowledge and understanding of safety regulations and policies.
- Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery.
- Ability to multitask simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding managerial skills.
- Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
