**Position 1: HR Generalist - Contracting Division**

**Location**: DIC, Dubai
Reporting to : HR Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily attendance and payroll processes for site staff
- Oversee HR administration and operational tasks
- Address and resolve worker concerns and grievances
- Ensure full legal compliance with UAE labor laws
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Administer employee benefits and documentation

**Ideal Profile**:

- Native Hindi speaker with strong English communication skills
- Experience in labor-intensive environments or contracting firms
- Immediate availability preferred
