**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The House Manager is the director of excellence. The person holding this position ensures that the team have the necessary training, skills, support, and resources to do their job to the highest level.

**QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION/ LICENSES**
- Diploma or higher education in hotel management, hospitality management, business management or psychology.
- Certification from a recognized Butler school highly regarded.

For religious and cultural reasons, the applicant must be female

**EXPERIENCE**
- 5+ years experience working as a house manager in a VVIP private home
- Experience working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service

**KEY SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE**
- Exceptional organization or skills
- Exceptional people skills great attention to detail and creativity
- Leadership capabilities - able to motivate, lead and upskill a team
- Willing to go above and beyond to create ambience
- In-depth knowledge of managing a luxury property
- Advanced knowledge of Food and Beverage
- Advanced knowledge of housekeeping including sanitation and hygiene
- Exceptionally well groomed with excellent social etiquette, discreet and of good moral judgment
