Detailed examination and scrutiny of Tender Documents covering all aspects including Instruction to Tenderers, Scope of Work, Contract Draft, Commercial Terms, Forms, and Schedules, resulting in a robust brief of bid requirements when submitted for management review.
- Extract and summarize key information about the bid aimed toward securing the bid award.
- Attend Pre-bid Meeting if required by client.
- Might be required to attend site visits for important and critical bids as required by line manager.
- Sharp Ability to prepare detailed cost estimation using various techniques depending on the provided information in tender documents (Bottom-up, Parametric, and Analogues), with multi-dimensional benchmarking to ascertain the accuracy and competitiveness of established pricing.
- Drafting compliant and responsive proposals in consideration of client explicit and implicit requirements and objectives with the aim and eagerness to stand-out among competitors’ bid submissions.
- Attend and lead post-bid technical meetings with clients, and presentations for the bids handled.
- Handing over secured bids to mobilization team in a very well organized and structured manner, and present a brief about the bid if required for complicated bids.
- Assist the operations team when required if any clarification arises post-award about agreement scope and terms set during the bidding stage.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering discipline.
- APMP Certification is a plus.
- PMP Certification is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 years of working experience in facilities management - bidding function in the UAE.

Knowledge & Special Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering elements of the built environment.
- Possess sound analytical and proven ability to adapt to change and develop creative solutions to complex situations.
- Excellent Presentation, Communication and customer service or interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to AED16,500.00 per month
