Job Title: Car Rental Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Car Rental Agent. As a Car Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with renting vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth and efficient rental transactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive experiences throughout the rental process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing information about available rental options.
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Complete rental agreements accurately and efficiently, verifying customer information, driver's licenses, and payment details.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of rental terms, insurance coverage, and additional services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their rental obligations.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, documenting any existing damages and ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Coordinate vehicle pickups and returns, ensuring timely and hassle-free transactions.
- Resolve any customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, striving to provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of rental activities.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
- Stay updated on company policies, rental procedures, and vehicle specifications to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with rental software or reservation systems.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

- This position primarily operates in an indoor office environment but may require occasional outdoor work for vehicle inspections or customer assistance.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as car rental services may operate during non-standard hours.

**Salary**: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
