We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy **AI Account Manager** who will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the adoption of AI and automation solutions across multiple industries. This is a client-facing role that combines sales, consulting, and account growth responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, source, and qualify leads for AI and AI automation solutions across key markets and industries.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, social selling, and outbound prospecting.
- Understand client pain points, business challenges, and operational inefficiencies to position the right AI solutions.
- Present, propose, and consult on tailored AI automation strategies that deliver business value.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery.
- Manage accounts post-sale to ensure client satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on AI, automation, and digital transformation trends to educate clients and position the company as a thought leader.
- Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in technology sales, account management, or business development — ideally with a focus on AI, automation, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, conversational AI, and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into actionable AI-driven solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking skills and a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
