**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a **Patient Sales Coordinator & Receptionist** at Yoland Specialist Polyclinic in Dubai. The role involves coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, managing communication with patients, and overseeing sales operations on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote cosmetic dermatology, skin, and dental procedures.
- Answer inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our services. Follow up on leads generated from online campaigns and other sources.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Female Arabic-speaking preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales or sales in a clinic or Hospital setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic dermatology, skin procedures, and dental services. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
