About the Role

CNN Business Arabic is recruiting a video producer to create videos according to content needs for al CNNBAr platforms.

Key Accountabilities
- Produce video packages Promptly, accurately and to the highest video journalistic standards.
- Coordinate with the head of the video and social media department to produce exclusive videos that attract high views from the audience.
- Create videos that follow the style and visual/audio guidelines of CNNBAr.
- Coordinate with the social media team and any other editors, reporters, etc. involved in an assignment to ensure clear lines of communication and delivery.
- Consider all platforms and formats when shooting and delivering clips and produced video.
- Accurately follow the video and social media workflow processes for production, scripting, shooting, editing, indexing, filing, archiving, etc.
- Ensure all the necessary permissions and permits are in place for shooting in restricted areas or conducting interviews.
- Ensure we have the rights and permissions before using any third-party video in packages.
- Preserving and archiving visual materials in coordination with the social media team.
- Keep abreast of changes and developments in the field of video production and technology to ensure high efficiency and quality of work.
- Stay abreast of our analytics to ensure a strong understanding of what video resonates with our audience and what video promotes maximum engagement.
- Uphold and respect the social, cultural, and moral standards of life in the UAE, as well as CNN’s editorial standards and best practices. Avoid circumstances in which the brand could be brought into disrepute and respect the custodianship of IMI.

Qualifications & Experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Pr and AE.
- Proficiency in Filming on mirrorless cameras, Audio equipment and basic lighting
