We are currently looking to hire a self-driven and enterprising** **Product Manager **to join our dynamic team.
As a Product Manager at Gravity, you will work directly with Sr. leadership (internal and external), client teams, the product team and delivery partners to understand customer pain points, define solutions, plan and mobilise delivery teams and ensure ongoing engagement and value drops to the client. You will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales initiatives.
This Role will be based out of Dubai/ Abu Dhabi and might require extensive travel to India with potential travel to Australia.
As a product manager, you will work with the founder and internalize the product vision, and own the
- **Product Vision**: Develop and help propagate clarity on the product vision, understanding of the user personas and their needs across the organization.
- **Product Strategy**: Craft a product strategy to deliver that vision and constantly communicate with engineering, design and product teams to align with it.
- **Product Customer Success**: Connect with customer success managers and clients to make sure that as an organization we truly understand and empathize with their problems and that we’re building products that solve those problems.
- **D**evelopment team**:creating a coaching culture that enables product people to grow and design the system that allows us to create world class product.
- **Product Roadmap**: Slice user stories to deliver verifiable value, Abstract product functionality from 'requirements' flowing in from all quarters while staying true to the product vision
- **Product B**acklog**: Assist the Engineering team with their story estimates, sprint loading, story sequencing
Experience
- 10+ years’ experience working with Enterprise products
- Proven experience in building and managing products in the space of AI and / or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of value and feature driven product management.
- Demonstrated customer value focus with emphasis on user experience and quality.
- Demonstrated experience work with business teams (preferably in the enterprise strategy domain - PMO, Planning & Performance) to derive product features based on loose requirements.
- Demonstrate ability to successfully improve and scale product development team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science preferred
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Product Management and 2+ years of experience in an agile or lean product development environment
**Skills**:
- Strong communicator - can work closely with growth, tech, consulting, and design teams to communicate broad product ideas as well as intricate feature specifications, clearly and concisely
- Entrepreneurial attitude to work
- Rapid prototyping and product road-mapping skills
- Systematic approach to organizing and prioritising a backlog
- Ability to comprehend things thoroughly, and yet recognise the value of intuition
- Aesthetic sense and can tell when the experience is broken
- Deeply understanding of AI/ ML, web technologies and their evolution
