**Job description**

We are looking for Head of Operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an excellent service to all clients on time, on budget and to specification.
- Deliver exemplary standards of client services at all times. Seek out opportunities to further enhance current, and prospective, client experience.
- Be responsible for the Operations function ensuring that all systems and processes adhere to best practice levels and are correctly aligned within operations, with other internal departments.
- Lead all Operations departments, including On-Street enforcement, Off-Street, Removal & Pound, Customer Services and related support services
- Mastermind the delivery of new contracted facilities.
- Contribute to the development of operations strategy. Working with individual Heads of Department to develop, evolve and enhance ZONE’s Operational delivery.
- Create a high performing operations team and foster talent management. In particular identify high potential individuals for succession planning, ensuring appropriate development plans are in place.
- Ensure all team members have clear measurable objectives and structured performance reviews, 1 to 1s and team meetings.
- Undertake rigorous financial control, setting departmental opex and capex budgets and managing P&Ls.
- Develop, propose and implement strategies for change which will drive improved service and more effective control of costs.
- Act as Incident Manager in Business Continuity Planning and be responsible for managing crisis preparedness.
- Participate as required in internal management forums.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s in Business Administration or in a technical field preferred

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in parking management or a related technology-based industry;
- Proven record of success of managing an operations team

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi Law regarding Parking legislation
- Delegation skills
- Succession planning skills
- Good English communication skills
- Full computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude
- Negotiation skills
- Plenty of initiative
