We are hiring a **Counter Sales Executive cum Purchaser** with experience in the **building materials industry**. The role involves assisting walk-in and key clients at the counter, handling sales operations, managing purchases, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist and advise customers on suitable building materials
- Prepare quotations, invoices, sales and purchase orders
- Handle payments and maintain accurate documentation
- Source and procure materials from suppliers at competitive prices
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock and deliveries
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in counter sales and purchasing within the building materials sector
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi** (Arabic/Malayalam a plus)
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure
