**Role**:
We are looking for dedicated **Russian Language Teachers** who are enthusiastic about crafting impactful learning experiences for a diverse student body. This position offers you the unique chance to be involved in not just teaching but also curriculum development and other creative aspects of education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute lesson plans that cater to individual student needs.
- Continuously assess and provide constructive feedback for student performance.
- Collaborate with team members on curriculum innovation.
- Take part in professional development activities, both in-house and externally.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, adding depth and richness to students' educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- Language certification is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior teaching experience is not necessary, but a passion for teaching is a must.
- Excellent classroom management abilities.
- Open-minded and adaptable to new teaching technologies and platforms.
- Willing to engage in school events and community outreach.
