**About Us**

Como Lounge is a distinguished café known for its artisan baked goods, premium service, and stylish atmosphere. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable **Assistant Baker** to support our Senior Baker in daily baking operations. If you have a passion for baking and a strong willingness to learn, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Senior Baker in preparing and baking a variety of items such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
  • Help with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking under the guidance of the Senior Baker.
  • Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the baking and kitchen stations.
  • Ensure ingredients are prepared and measured accurately.
  • Follow recipes and instructions precisely to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Assist in inventory checking and proper storage of baking ingredients and supplies.
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Willing to learn new techniques and take part in training and development.

**Qualifications**

  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physically fit and capable of working on your feet for long hours.
  • Willing to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to grow within the company.

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
