Civil Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations.

Ensure that construction activities adhere to safety standards and guidelines.

Inspect and evaluate the quality of workmanship, materials, and equipment used on construction projects.

Identify and document any deviations, defects, or deficiencies in construction work.

Review project documents, including plans, drawings, and specifications, to understand project requirements and identify potential issues.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve any identified issues or non-compliance.

Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Maintain accurate and organized inspection records and documentation.

Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to construction and ensure compliance.

Provide guidance and support to construction teams on quality control processes and best practices.

Participate in meetings and discussions related to project progress, quality, and safety.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Proven experience working as a Civil Inspector in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction principles, codes, and regulations

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
