**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Membership Growth**:

- Conduct tours of the facility to prospective members, showcasing the gym’s amenities, equipment, and programs.
- Explain membership options, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new memberships and renewals.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional service to current and prospective members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist members with account management, including updating personal information, processing payments, and handling cancellations.

**Member Retention**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with members to foster a sense of community and encourage long-term membership.
- Follow up with new members to ensure they are utilizing the facility and programs effectively.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Accurately input and maintain member data in the gym’s membership management system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, membership trends, and retention rates.

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- Participate in community events, outreach programs, and marketing initiatives to promote the gym and attract new members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to our upcoming branch in Sharjah when required.
