**ob Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials, finished products, and equipment.
- Support the production team in the processing of production, including filling, Labeling, and packing products.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision (training provided).
- Clean and maintain machinery, tools, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Transport materials and finished products within the factory.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and ensure workplace safety.
- Assist with the packaging of finished products for shipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., organizing stock, tidying up work areas).
- Assist in the inventory control process by helping with stock checks and material handling.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is desirable.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and reliability.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Shift work may be required, including weekends or overtime depending on production needs.
- Work environment may involve exposure to dust, noise, and machinery.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience
