We are looking for a talented and dedicated **All-Round Spa Therapist** to join our dynamic team at a prestigious gents salon in Dubai. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality spa treatments and services to our clientele, ensuring a premium, professional experience that exceeds their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, Nail care, and grooming services tailored to men’s needs.
- Provide expert advice on spa treatments and services, helping clients select the best options for their personal wellness goals.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the spa treatment areas.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Keep up to date with new spa treatments, products, and techniques.
- Uphold the salon’s policies and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Assist with maintaining spa inventory, ensuring products and supplies are fully stocked.
- Follow all safety and health regulations and procedures.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a men’s grooming environment.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in massage therapy, facials, waxing, or other spa treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- A keen interest in health, wellness, and men’s grooming.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
