**Job Title: Receptionist + Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager**

**Location**:ABRO Clinic, Al Nahda 2, Dubai

**Salary**:AED 2500 to 3500

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Working Hours**:10 am to 9 pm (Saturday to Thursday), including 1-hour lunch break. Friday is off.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients, clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Schedule appointments and assist clients in finding their way around the clinic.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Order and manage front office supplies.
- Handle phone calls, mail distribution, and general administrative support.
- Ensure clinic security and manage access via the reception desk.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist colleagues with various tasks.
- Graphic Design & Social Media Management.
- Design high-quality visual content for social media and digital marketing.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Write and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.
- Monitor social media trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, including paid promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Front Office Representative and in Graphic Design, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and social media platforms.
- Professional attitude, neat appearance, and excellent communication skills.
- Must have your **own residence visa **_not on tourist visa_.
- Can join immediately.
