We are looking for Oracle NetSuite Specialist to join our team. As an Oracle NetSuite Specialist he/she is responsible for the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support of the Oracle NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system within an organization. They are experts in using and managing the NetSuite platform and work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the system meets the organization's business requirements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- NetSuite Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation process of Oracle NetSuite, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, testing, and training.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize the NetSuite system based on business needs, including creating custom fields, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- User Support: Provide ongoing support to NetSuite users, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user inquiries. Offer training and guidance to users to maximize system utilization and productivity.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance activities, including system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
- Data Management: Manage data within the NetSuite system, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security. Develop and maintain data import/export processes and assist with data clean-up and validation efforts.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports, searches, and analytics to provide insights into business performance and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare system documentation, user guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure efficient system usage.
- Best Practices and Compliance: Stay abreast of industry best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Recommend and implement process improvements and system optimizations.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, operations, and IT, to understand business requirements and align NetSuite functionalities accordingly. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive successful system outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration,or a related field.
- Strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle NetSuite ERP in Real Estate Development Company.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionality, configuration, and customization options.
- Proficient in SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite development tools.
- Solid understanding of ERP principles, business processes, and data management.
- Experience with system integration, API-based integrations, and web services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications in Oracle NetSuite, such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer, are a plus.

- Real Estate: 2 years (preferred)
