Led by CEO Mr. Abdul Jaleel, Fitout Bureau Interiors is committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead our upcoming projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the interior design or fit-out industry in UAE.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards.
