**Overview of the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing service appointments, providing accurate job estimates, and delivering exceptional service experience

**What You Will Do**
- Greet customers promptly and with a smile
- Record customer requests and collect accurate symptoms of complaints
- Provide detailed explanations of the work to be performed and the associated costs
- Follow up on jobs in the workshop and get approvals for additional repairs
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and explain invoices to customers
- Promote value-added services and achieve revenue targets
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure positive ownership experiences
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfactio

**Required Skills to Be Successful**
- Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Consultant in a reputable automotive dealership
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealer management systems (DMS)
- Strong administrative competence and the ability to handle customer interactions effectivel
