Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, product packaging, social media, and web content.
- Create and edit high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the Digital marketing team to design digital and print advertisements that resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with Nagaad Organics' brand identity and values.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing to continually enhance the brand’s visual presence.
- Manage & lead daily operations of all social media accounts in all countries.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally to build relationships with our community.
- Monitor social media trends and use insights to refine content strategies.
- Generate monthly performance reports using analytics tools to assess reach, engagement, and growth across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes, emerging tools, and social media trends to keep Nagaad Organics ahead of the curve.
- Manage social media partnerships and collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Make Lead Generations
- Generate Sales Conversions
- Lead Sales campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or organic products sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse audience.
- Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports to improve social media strategy.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
- Creative mindset with an eye for compelling visuals and on-brand content.
- Experience in managing paid social campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage several accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
