An industrial factory specialized in the manufacturing of HVAC systems (such as ductwork, air outlets, and other metal components) is seeking to hire a Quality Inspector to oversee product quality, monitor cleanliness, and ensure compliance with factory procedures and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and monitor the quality of products at various stages of production and assembly.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to production standards and specifications.
- Ensure workers follow quality procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Identify and report defects or process issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records.
- Follow up on workflow processes and ensure alignment with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in improving quality control processes and factory performance.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferably HVAC or metal fabrication).
- Good understanding of quality inspection principles and production processes.
- Ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, measuring tapes).
- Detail-oriented with strong observation and documentation skills.
- Discipline, reliability, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Notes:
Salary will be based on experience and discussed during the interview.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
