We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical quality inspector to join our blasting & painting team. As the quality inspector, assist to Senior QAQC will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
- Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
- Control of storage and certification of consumables.
- Performs qualifications of coating processes.
- Checks surface preparation.
- Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations.
- Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks.
- Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles.
- Verifies the correct colour-coding and painting.
- Performs visuals inspections.
- Performs adhesion testing.
- Performs penetration testing.
- Evaluates impact testing.
- Performs visual checks after blasting

Education and Qualifications
- Degree of Mechanical Engineer minimum of
- 3-5 years experiience as QC in blasting and painting,oil and gas.
- With Nace level 1 or Bgas 1 or 2

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
