**Job Postion: Female Telesales Executive**

Get Swipe Machine is a leading provider of Point-of-Sale (POS) machines and merchant acquiring solutions in the UAE. We empower businesses by offering seamless card payment solutions that are fast, reliable, and tailored to their needs. We're expanding our telesales team and looking for motivated, confident, and goal-driven individuals to join us.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Get Swipe Machine POS solutions.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our POS products and services.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the field sales team when required.
  • Maintain an accurate database of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
  • Follow up with existing customers for feedback and upsell opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the financial services or POS industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
  • Confident, persuasive, and result-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
