**We’re Hiring: Inpatient (IP) Medical Coder | Relocation to RAK Required**

Are you a skilled **Inpatient Medical Coder** with experience in the Northern Emirates? **Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L.L.C** is looking for a qualified and motivated **IP Medical Coder** with strong **FFS (Fee-for-Service)** experience to join our growing team in **Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)**.

**Job Location**: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 years of experience** in **Inpatient (IP) coding**:

- Previous work experience in **Northern Emirates healthcare facilities**:

- Strong knowledge of **FFS (Fee-for-Service)** model
- Certified coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent preferred)
- Familiarity with **ICD-10**, DRG systems, and UAE coding guidelines
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong documentation review skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately assign codes for inpatient charts as per UAE health authority standards
- Ensure compliance with coding policies and payer requirements
- Work closely with auditors, medical staff, and billing teams to ensure quality documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement in coding accuracy and claims processing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
