- Minimum **2 years’ Experience**at least in Abu Dhabi **Real Estate Market.**:

- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a Real Estate Call Center environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing & Sales**: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and schedule property viewings.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiating deals, drafting contracts, and guiding clients through the closing process.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Staying informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- **Administrative Duties**: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Essential**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Listing Consultant Agent in Real Estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in Bitrix24.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
