**Job Title**: Demi Chef De Partie

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Demi Chef De Partie to join our team. As a Demi Chef De Partie, you will assist our kitchen team in preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes according to our menu specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various menu items under the supervision of the Head Chef.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to meet quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Monitor portion control, food waste, and kitchen inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries of supplies and ingredients.
- Assist with menu planning and development as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Follow proper cleaning and maintenance procedures for kitchen equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commi Chef or similar role in a restaurant or cafe setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Culinary diploma or degree is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
