**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Scheduling**:
- Assist in developing and maintaining civil project schedules using **Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software**.
- Support creation of **baseline schedules** and update progress based on site reports.
- **Progress Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Collect progress updates from site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare **weekly/monthly progress reports**, highlighting delays, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Assist in monitoring **critical path activities** and resource allocation.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure schedule accuracy.
- Support preparation of **Look-Ahead Plans** and short-term execution plans.
- Report potential schedule risks and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Maintain accurate planning records in line with company and UAE project standards.
- Ensure project execution complies with approved plans, contracts, and civil engineering specifications.
- **Learning & Development**:
- Gain exposure to civil construction planning, project controls, and UAE construction norms.
- Support senior planners in audits, site inspections, and client reporting.
Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
