We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist with salon experience to join one of our client's company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-attended to.
- Manage salon appointments using software such as Zenoti, Phorest, or other booking systems.
- Coordinate schedules for stylists, beauticians, and other staff members.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and stocking retail products.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist in a salon or spa environment is required.
- Familiarity with salon management software such as Zenoti, Phorest, or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
