iWA Properties LLC, a leading real estate firm, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader. The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Sales Management**:

- Oversee the sales process, ensuring team members effectively convert leads into sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

**Training and Development**:

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.
- Identify training needs and implement development plans to elevate the performance of the team.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Assist team members in resolving complex client issues and escalations.

**Performance Evaluation**:

- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Recognize and reward top performers while addressing performance challenges.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of successful team leadership.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

**Qualifications**:

- Real estate license or certification is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry
