**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales revenue.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Market Analysis and Business Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to attract new customers.
- Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excel software ,etc
