Position: Draftsman

Industry: Joinery & Interior Design

Location: UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and fabrication drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings to develop accurate and production-ready designs.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Production teams to ensure all drawings are technically feasible and aligned with project requirements.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, material specifications, and joinery construction details are maintained in all drawings.
- Manage and update drawing revisions, technical documentation, and project records.
- Work closely with the factory and site teams to resolve design or drawing-related issues.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Drafting (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, furniture detailing, finishes, and production methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting/design software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
