**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients at their homes, including wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and vital signs monitoring.
- Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and post-treatment care.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines while delivering nursing services.
- Respond to emergency situations and administer first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with **DOH (HAAD) licensing and regulatory requirements**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- **License**: Valid **DOH (HAAD) Registered Nurse License** or eligibility to obtain one.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **1-2 years of nursing experience**, preferably in home healthcare, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing.
- **Certifications**: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) are preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle diverse patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
