Royal Smart Limousine LLC, a leader in luxury transportation services in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive (Corporate)** to join our team. This role is essential for expanding our corporate client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Present product and service demonstrations to corporate clients, including Hotels, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), Travel Agencies, Event Management firms, and government and semi-government entities.
- **Daily Sales Calls**: Conduct daily sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote our services.
- **Sales Reporting**: Regularly report on sales activities and review performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies based on client requirements and trip volume.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts to secure the best deals for both clients and the organization.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently work towards achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.
- **Business Development**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, market activities, and competitors to recommend new products and improvements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high service standards by establishing and enforcing organizational policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the corporate sales sector, preferably within the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
